This report summarises keynote speeches, presentations and findings of research papers, key discussions, recommendations, conclusions and parallel parents’ workshops of the 3rd National Conference on Special needs Education held in Nairobi, Kenya, between 24th and 25th, November 2021. The conference was organised by the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, with support from UNICEF and other key stakeholders.
