This report summarises keynote speeches, presentations and findings of research papers/projects, key discussions, recommendations, conclusions and way forward of the 4th National Conference on Parental Empowerment and Engagement in Nurturing Potential of Children with Disabilities held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 23rd and 24th, November 2022. The conference was organised by Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education with support from development partners, sponsors and other key stakeholders.
