ABSTRACT
United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD, 2006), Article 24 recognizes the right of persons with disabilities to education with a view to realizing this right without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity. Kenya is equally committed to ensuring an inclusive education system at all levels as reflected in the Constitution (2010) and the Basic Education Act (2013).
